#4 Summer course “Academic drawing: body and portrait”

During these 5 days, you will discover or deepen the basics of academic drawing through exercises in the construction of the human body and portraiture. You will start by copying drawing boards, these exercises will lay the foundations of line drawing and modeling . Then you will discover more contemporary methods that will allow you to draw a head in all positions, from a model or with your imagination. The relationships between shadows and lights will be studied from simple shapes, in order to understand their articulations to be able to apply them to models. This intensive drawing practice course around the study of portraiture and the human body will allow you to sharpen your sense of observation and progress quickly in a friendly and warm atmosphere!
